Turkey BLT

I love sandwiches. I really love sandwiches. It goes hand in hand with my carb addiction. But this sandwich is well just one of my absolute favorites. Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo all on a toasted sweet roll. Amazing! Make one or make a whole bunch for your super bowl party. You could even make them in a mini version for a cocktail sandwich. Either way they are just good. Happy Monday!

The run down of ingredients

Ingredients

1 sweet roll lightly buttered then toasted; I had a sweet Portuguese roll

1 tablespoon mayo, the real stuff (Hellmans)

4 slices honey maple turkey; I always use Boars Head

2 slices muenster cheese

3 slices cooked bacon

2 slices lettuce, crispy iceburg

4 slices roma tomato; 1 small roma tomato

Directions

Spread the mayo on both sides of the roll. Layer the rest of the ingredients in the order listed. Cut in half and enjoy!
